- About these terms
These terms are to inform you of the rules for using our website (Welltodo Careers) located at the domain www.welltodocareers.com constituting our “site”.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.
We may amend these terms from time to time, and in each instance, we will alert you of the changes via the site. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
- Who we are
Our site is operated by Welltodo London Limited, a company registered in England with company number 09265827. Our registered office is at Mortimer House, 37-41 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JH and our VAT number is 268 2593 67.

- About our site and our role
Our site is an online jobs board and career tool bringing wellness professionals who are seeking new work opportunities and employers (“Employers”) together.
Employers are able to create a public profile and post advertisements for job vacancies (“Jobs”).
Our site is free to use for Candidates. Candidates can create a Candidate profile and apply directly to Jobs posted by Employers.
Our role is to provide the online platform facilitating these connections, not to oversee them, and we are not party, nor liable for any subsequent employment contract between Candidates and Employers.
- These terms
If you are using our site on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation and you confirm to us that you have the authority to do so (in which case the references to “you” and “your” in these terms will also refer to that organisation).
By signing up for and/or using our site you are deemed to have accepted these terms, which will bind you and your organisation. If you do not accept these terms, you should not, and are not permitted to, use our site.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
You shall not allow any third party who is not your Authorised User to use our site or allow an Authorised User to use our site on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party. Your “Authorised Users” are any person (natural or otherwise) who is authorised by you to use our site. You shall be responsible for ensuring that your Authorised Users comply with these terms and you be liable for the acts and omission of your Authorised Users as though they were your acts or omissions.
- Other terms which may apply to you
If you have registered to use our site as a person seeking new work opportunities, then we shall consider you as a “Candidate” and these terms shall apply to you.
We may update and change our site from time to time. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
- Your responsibilities
When you create your account with us as a Candidate, we will ask you to provide us with relevant information about your work experience, current employment situation, wellness categories and functions of interest, desired salary, ideal company size, and a short summary about you (the “Candidate Information”). When you apply to a Job, your Full Name, Email Address, Profile Image, Header Image, Location, Member Since and About Me will be available to the Employer. Only the Employer that you have applied to will be able to see your Candidate Profile. You must ensure that the information you give to us is accurate and current, and you must keep it up to date.
You must not apply for a Job unless, based on the information which the Employer has provided, you are reasonably satisfied that you have the skills, knowledge, resources and experience necessary for that Job.
You must not offer to perform, or describe yourself as able to perform, any service or task which is unlawful.
Our site is only for adults and it is not suitable for minors. So, each time you use our site, you represent to us that you are an adult. If that representation is, or becomes, untrue, we will be entitled to terminate your account immediately.
When you create an account with us, we ask you to choose a password to protect your account. You must keep that password safe and you must not share it with anyone else. If you think someone else might know your password, you must change it straight away. You are solely responsible for all actions taken on our site using your account.
We will ask you to provide us with certain information about you, such as your name, your location and your email address. That information must be true, complete and current, and you must ensure that you keep it up to date. You may not create an account with us using an assumed name or someone else’s identity.
You must not post any confidential information (whether yours or another User’s) in any area of the site which is visible to Users generally, and we will not have any liability if you do.
You agree to indemnify us (including our directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and affiliated companies) against all third party claims and liabilities related to your breach of these terms and/or to your use of our site.
- Uploading content to our site
Our site allows you to upload various materials, including text and photos, which Employers that you have applied to will see. Whenever any material is uploaded using your account, you must ensure that you have all the necessary rights to use that material and to share it with us and with other Employers on our site, and you must ensure that material does not contain anything:
- which is a trade secret or otherwise confidential; or
- which is unlawful, offensive, obscene, defamatory or which tends to promote discrimination on the basis of a characteristic protected by law; or
- in any way breaches the intellectual property rights of a third party or their right to privacy.
You must deal with other Users fairly and with professionalism and you must not use our site for junk mail, spam, or pyramid or similar or fraudulent schemes.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and Users of our site a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. The rights you license to us are described in the next section (Rights you licence).
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other User.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on the site.
The views expressed by other Users on our site do not represent our views or values.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
- Rights you licence by using our site
When you upload or post content to our site, you grant the following licences:
- a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to us to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works or, display, your content in connection with the site across all media including but not limited to, promotion of the site; and
- a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to all Users to use the content for their purposes in connection with the site that will terminate upon the deletion of your content.
9. Our intellectual property rights
We own or are licensed to use the intellectual property rights in our site, including our branding, trademarks and the underlying technologies. We grant to you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, non-sublicensable licence to use our site in accordance with these terms for as long as your account remains active.
You agree that we may, at any time, revoke your licence to use our site, at which point you agree to take all necessary steps to remove our data from any device under your control.
You may not make any use of or exploit in any way, any of our intellectual property rights except to the extent permitted by these terms.
- No reliance on information
The content available on our site is provided for your general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely.
Certain salary information may only be approximate estimations and may be based on approximate currency calculations.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information available on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that its content is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
- Our liability to you
We do not operate a vetting procedure nor do we run background checks and therefore we cannot take responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information that our Users provide about themselves or Jobs. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE CONTENT ON OUR SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR UP TO DATE. THIS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT ON OUR SITE IS FREE FROM ERRORS OR ACCURATE AND YOU AGREE THAT DEFECTS IN OUR SITE AND CONTENT ON IT MAY NOT BE CORRECTED.
We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the technology powering the site operational, allowing for appropriate maintenance windows and acknowledging that a certain amount of unscheduled downtime is inherent in Internet based services such as our site, and we will provide access to our site using reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. We offer no other warranty in respect of our site, and all warranties which would otherwise be implied into these terms by operation of law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
We may add or remove features from the site from time to time. We will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of changes to features of the site likely to have a significant impact on how you use it.
We are not responsible for an Employer’s payment of salary or revenue.
If a dispute arises between a Candidate and an Employer, we may offer our assistance to resolve the matter but we are under no obligation to achieve a compromise or resolution, and Candidates and Employers remain responsible for resolving disputes according to the contract between them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any User for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
Our total liability to you arising under or in connection with these terms or our site is limited to an amount equal to £10.
Please note that we are only providing our site to you, as a Candidate, for your domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
- Termination or suspension of your account
If you wish for us to terminate your account with us, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll do so.
We reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law to close your account on our site, at any time and without incurring any liability in the event of:
- your actual or suspected breach of these terms;
- if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our interests or those of other Users;
- a decision by us to cease offering our site;
- if you become bankrupt or insolvent; or
- if you die or otherwise become incapable of performing your obligations under these terms.
Upon termination, all and any rights granted under section 7(a) shall immediately cease.
- Discounts and offers
We may offer discounts or other promotional offers from time to time. We reserve the right to not honour such discount or promotional offer for any reason including but not limited to, fraud or mistake.
- Other important terms
These terms and the documents referred to in them contain the whole of the agreement between you and us relating to your use, in your capacity as a Candidate, of the site.
No representation or other pre-contractual statement will have any legal effect unless (and solely to the extent that) it is repeated in these terms.
These terms are the terms of a contract whereby we provide you with access to our site. Nothing in these terms will create any relationship of partnership, agency or employment between us.
No waiver of any of these terms will be valid unless we agree it in writing.
Neither party will have any liability for its failure to perform its obligations under these terms if and to the extent that failure is caused by a reason beyond its reasonable control.
These terms and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
