Candidate FAQ’s

How do I apply for a job?

Once you have created an account and found the job you would like to apply for, simply click “Apply Now”. Be sure to have completed your Candidate Profile and uploaded your CV and covering letter. You can upload multiple CV’s to your profile.

How do I update my account details?

To update your account details, first you’ll need to login and then go to “Account Settings”.

How do I update my login email address and password?

To update your email address and password, first you’ll need to login and then go to “Account Settings”.

How do I update my Candidate Profile or “About Me"?

When logged in, navigate to your account and click on “My Profile & CV“. Here you’ll be able to edit your requirements, upload CV’s and edit your “About Me" section. You can review your Candidate Profile by clicking on “Preview My Profile" at the top of the page.

Who can view my Candidate Profile?

Only you, us (Welltodo Careers Senior Staff) and the company you have applied to, can view your Candidate Profile. Your Candidate Profile will display your full name, registered location on Welltodo Careers, ‘About Me’ information and 2 images, your avatar and hero banner image. It will also include the CV and Covering Letter you have submitted within your application.

Do I have to create an account to apply for jobs?

Yes. Creating an account is really easy and will only take a minute or so. This way, we can ensure you gain access to all of the best features on the site like tracking your applications and saving your CV’s. (CV’s.. plural? Yep, check out our Career Advice page for why it’s best to have multiple CV’s at the ready)

Are there any hidden costs when I apply for jobs?

No way José! Create your profile, apply for jobs and love your new career in wellness on us!

Can you offer or place me in a job?

We can’t guarantee you’ll receive a job offer but we will definitely support you in your journey. Please visit our “Career Advice” page to learn more.

With so many jobs boards out there, why should I use Welltodo Careers?

If you’re passionate about working in wellness, we have the only dedicated jobs board for the wellness industry. Go behind the scenes with some of the leading wellness brands, discover exciting roles and apply through our hasslefree process. Plus, we’ll keep you updated on everything you need to know in the wellness industry (only if you tick the box of course!)

Why don’t I see any jobs or companies in my location?

Start-ups have to start somewhere. Welltodo Careers is still expanding into new territories. If you can’t find a job in your city, we’re really sorry, but try expanding your search by a few miles. It might make all of the difference and the extra walk will do you good! Help us out, can you recommend any wellness brands in the city where you live? We’d love to know about them. I have not heard back following my application for a job?

Please check your “My Applications” section within your account to see if a status of an application has been changed.

I can’t see any jobs listed with “xxxx” company. Can I send them my cv anyway?

We think this is a great idea and can see huge value in it. For that reason we are in the process of building this functionality into the website. Stay tuned.

What will you use my data for? Do you supply it to third party companies?

Absolutely not! We hate that ourselves. We’ll only use your email address to send you cool stuff depending on the boxes you ticked. Don’t worry, you’re inbox is safe with us!

I don’t feel 100% confident with my CV. Will you check it over for me?

Yeah sure. Get in touch with us at careers@welltodoglobal.com or visit our “Career Coaching" page and we’ll let you know how we can help.

I wanted to apply for a role but it’s now not listed on your site. Am I too late?

I’m afraid so. As Nelly Furtado once sang, every good thing must come to an end!

Please keep searching though as new listings get published everyday and we’re sure you’ll find another dream job in wellness. Also, don’t forget to set your alerts so that you’re notified as soon as your dream new job hits our site!

I don’t want my current employer to see that my CV is on a jobs board.

Nor do we. Your personal information and applications are completely private and only the company that you have applied to will be able to see your information.

How do I post a job?

Not yet registered your company? Click here to register as an Employer and you’ll then be guided through the job listing process.

Already have a Company Account? Please login and navigate to your Dashboard. Then click on “My Jobs" followed by “+ Add a job”. Please contact us at careers@welltodoglobal.com if you have any further issues.

How much does it cost to advertise a job?

We try to keep things really straightforward with job listings and have 3 options;
  • A Free Basic Listing – Your job will be active on Welltodo Careers for 30 days but receives no promotion or marketing (FREE)
  • A Featured Listing – Your job role will be featured on Welltodo Careers for 30 days and promoted across our email newsletter and job alerts (£99.00+VAT)
  • A Premium Listing – Your job role will be featured on Welltodo Careers for 30 days (with the option to extend) and promoted across our email newsletter, job alerts and social media. A premium listing also includes an enhanced company profile with images & video (£149.00+VAT)

With so many jobs boards out there, why should I use Welltodo Careers?

We pride ourselves on being experts in the wellness industry supporting growth of wellness businesses. For that reason we focus solely on the Wellness Industry and have curated a jobs board that reflects this. We believe in a quality not quantity approach and want to build real relationships with all of our careers partners.

Are there any restrictions on which companies can use Welltodo Careers?

Company Photo’s – Any size (larger file size preferred)
Company Banner – 1500px x 750px (no logo,text or advertising please)
