About Stretching the City
Founded in 2010 by a duo of sisters who boast a combined 35 years experience in wellbeing and Human Resources, Stretching the City are proud to have provided workplace wellbeing support to more than 300 organisations globally and count PwC, British Airways and Accenture amongst our hundreds of clients.
From mental health workshops to meditation – and everything in between, we offer a holistic portfolio of nearly 100 different wellbeing workshops, classes and events to suit every workplace.
Our sessions are delivered in person, or virtually online by a hand-picked team of the UK’s leading wellbeing facilitators, psychologists and teachers, who make it their mission to educate, empower and inspire employees to live healthier, happier lives.
