We have enjoyed consistent growth since it was founded, with annual revenues growing rapidly each year. In 2020, total revenues grew by 282%, online sales rocketed by 750%, and our ranges are now available in an estimated 2,500 stores globally.

Having just raised investment, we’re in a prime position to accelerate growth even further in 2021, as we look to build the team, grow our international listings and develop new and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

We are growing our direct-to-consumer business, and are looking for a full time sales manager to lead in driving our consumer sales growth.

You’ll be responsible for driving subscriptions through face-to-face sales and customer interactions, whether that be at a trade show, an event or a pop-up location. We tend not to think about the role as 'sales' - the best performers are the ones who have the greatest product knowledge, and are able to tailor recommendations from across the Zooki product range depending on the customer interaction.

You’ll manage a team of sales staff at these locations, leading by example in your interactions with customers, whilst ensuring the team is motivated, adopting best selling practices and representing the Zooki brand well at all times. It’s a fantastic opportunity to advance your sales skills with a rapidly-growing brand in the health supplement industry, with the potential to grow both your skillset and seniority within YourZooki as we grow.

 

Prerequisites

This is by no means an exhaustive or non-negotiable list - we’re hiring for the right person as much as for their experience - but it should help guide how we’re thinking about the ideal candidate. We are completely open to applications from high quality graduates with limited previous experience.

  • Interest in the health & wellbeing industry
  • A highly-motivated team player who is good at working collaboratively with others to achieve results
  • Ability to contribute new ideas to the direct-to-consumer business as we drive expansion
  • Willing to contribute new ideas and energy across the business, building relationships with the entire Zooki team
  • A willingness to make mistakes and learn along the way
  • Based in London, with the ability to travel to various locations around the UK
  • Previous sales experience, ideally, but not compulsory
  • Experience in managing others
