Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded CRM & Insights Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to our Head of eCommerce, you will set our data strategy and be responsible for insights and analytics to help drive deep advocacy and engagement with our customers. You will be relentlessly curious about understanding what drives consumer behaviour, and will establish the frameworks and tools we need to best support our customers through their journey with Wild Nutrition. You will identify new growth opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. You will work in close partnership with a number of teams in the business including product, customer care, and operations to ensure we have a holistic plan to accelerate growth and drive engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our CRM & Insights function and build our strategy for driving cost-efficient and sustainable growth
  • Manage the end to end CRM strategy, as well as execution, across all channels
  • Identify new opportunities and target audiences to optimise ROI, developing new and innovative ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Drive personalisation, triggered programmes and targeted customer communications
  • Deliver CRM campaigns across all areas including acquisition, retargeting, segmentation, retention and reactivation to drive long term sales and customer loyalty
  • Design and execute lifecycle campaigns, mapping out critical customer journeys
  • Build and optimise subscriber and customer retention strategies
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value


  • Minimum of 3 years CRM experience in a consumer eCommerce business
  • Expert knowledge in both CRM and Email Marketing
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
