This is a chance to join our team and be part of the TOTM journey as we spread our period powerful message far and wide. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a strategy that is aligned with our business objectives to make TOTM the go-to-brand for sustainable period care. This role involves growing relationships with existing retailers (Tesco, Ocado and Boots) and proactively seeking new business opportunities. We’re keen to widely expand the retail side of our business and develop our new B2B arm to make TOTM period care available in offices worldwide. Whilst we want to no doubt build our presence in the UK, this role also challenges you to think big and help us develop TOTM into a global brand.
This role reports into our MD and you will also work closely with an external consultant. Our office team includes customer care, marketing and operations, therefore, you will have support from a wider team.

- Develop new business for TOTM primarily within retail and B2B
- Proactively seek new opportunities (online and offline strategy)
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts
- Develop and deliver a strategy to maximise opportunities with existing retailers (in-store promotions, events etc) to ensure successful outcomes at range review meetings
- Present and report on business development progress to wider TOTM team
- Outline further opportunities for product siting and innovation
- Manage CRM database
