An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events and Membership Assistant to join the South Kensington Club, a private members health and wellbeing club.
This role will work closely with the Head of Membership to develop and deliver events as well as assisting on administrative membership tasks.
The candidate will handle all incoming events enquiries and will be required to prepare all documentation and coordinate with the onsite food and beverage team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working team player who is keen to develop their career in events, marketing and luxury wellbeing.
- Event management from enquiry to completion.
- Preparation of all relevant event documentation including contracts, function sheets, floor plans, menus and payment.
- Preparing a monthly events newsletter.
- Occasionally hosting tours for potential members.
- Replying to all enquiries and scheduling meetings to discuss member events
- Adherence to all standards, policies, and procedures.
At least 12 months experience working in events, membership club or administrative support in a luxury brand or PR company.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and customer service.
