Job Description

As Peloton’s Workplace Support, you will be the first point of contact for people visiting the Company.    You will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, guiding onsite vendors, greeting visitors and supporting the operations of the office.

This position is full time at our Peloton Studios – London

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, approve access forms, request visitor badges, etc.)
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Manage the workplace email and slack accounts, respond to questions and forward messages as needed
  • Support with Team Onboarding, office communications and endure adherence to office guidelines and protocols.
  • Complete special projects as needed for the People and Workplace Teams.
  • Ensure reception, waiting areas, meeting rooms and office space are tidy, well stocked and welcoming.
  • Ensure correct stock levels are maintained and place orders as required


  • Proven working experience in similar roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, and Google calendar
  • Professional appearance

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
