Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, social media savvy marketing manager to join us on our journey as we continue to build one of the most exciting brands in the fitness and wellness space.

You must be passionate about your own health and fitness and be ready to be of a fast growth start up, it’s intense, scrappy and really good fun.

A bit about us:

MyoMaster was founded in the UK in 2019 to put muscle and joint care in the hands of everyone on earth. We have created a range of cutting-edge technology that allows everyday athletes to give their body elite level care. It’s been an incredible ride and we’re only just getting started. We are growing rapidly, with loyal customers, an incredible team and hugely exciting partnerships.

The role:

This role is vital to driving our growth and we would like to hire someone who wants to sit around the table to shape the future of the business with us.

We would love this person to stay with the business over the coming years as we grow and eventually move into a Head of Marketing role and build out their own team. Growing and developing our team is an absolute priority for us.

You will be working across three core pillars of activity:

Social Media Management

–       You will be responsible for running our Instagram account, ensuring that we are pushing out content that inspires and educates our audience

–       Analyse the data and come up with new creative ways to engage with consumers, idea generation and staying on top of online trends

–       Developing brand partnerships with execution on social media

–       Manage all inbound comms from customers and ambassadors

Brand Ambassador Engagement

Relationships form the basis of everything we do. We want to put them at their heart of our ambassador strategy.

–       Planning and executing photoshoots for brand ambassadors

–       Finding new ambassadors that align with our brand values

–       Managing existing ambassadors and creating great relationships with them

Activation

–       Come up with ideas for all of our community events, you are starting with a blank sheet of paper so whatever concepts you come up with are yours to run with

–        Liaise with our partner events to make sure that we put on an incredible activation at their events

–       Build an events team to support activation at events

 

Key Responsibilities

Prerequisites

- Passion for your own health and wellness

-Great at building relationships

- Understanding of social media and influencers

- Positivity, entrepreneurial attitude and dedicated to improving health and performance.
