Job Description

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition department seeks out the people in the world that would add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization. Reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

  • Accomplish creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates

  • Be a support to the programs and work of the mobility team during candidate relocations
  • Design and execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates
  • User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools
  • Innovative, creative, out of the box developer and designer of recruitment strategies

Prerequisites

  • Experience in the work of recruitment
  • Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
  • Negotiation and influencing skills required
  • Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting
  • Innovative, creative and strategic thinker
  • Leads through the Company’s core values of: honesty, courage, personal responsibility, connection, entrepreneurship, fun and inclusion
