Job Description

To coach, inspire and motivate clients on their health and fitness journey with It’s So Simple, helping them reach their goals and beyond. Be part of a fast growing and quick paced company with lots of opportunity. We are a warm and friendly team building a strong community around the world.

Coaching groups of clients to make healthy lifestyle changes, lose weight and build strength.
Follow the It’s So Simple lifestyle, be the ultimate ambassador for the programme, so that you are constantly inspiring and motivating your groups.
Providing support to clients individually and as a group, offering motivation, accountability, encouragement and emotional support taking into account the client’s specific circumstances.
Advising clients on their nutrition and fitness, being aware of food intolerances, dietary requirements etc. and being able to research and help clients on product and food choices.
Providing encouragement and motivation.
Initiate follow ups with any clients, keeping tabs on those that are not engaging so that you can motivate them back into the group and keep adding to the ISS community spirit.
Track daily exercise activity, and encourage clients to complete their weekly goals.
Track weekly progress.
Flexibility to work on other elements within the business.
