As the customer service assistant you will be stationed at the headquarters in Paddington, London where we film all our content, host our in person classes and community events. You would be working closely with the founders every day to ensure our members receive excellent customer service, as well as assisting in the smooth operation of the film studio.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you can expect to:

Respond to customer emails delivered to our support email address
Assist our community members arriving for a class at the studio with an enjoyable and seamless experience
Support on community events at the studio
Assist in booking meetings for the founders and supporting their scheduling
Manage supplier relationships and ordering for the studio
Learn how to manage various back-end systems for speedy customer problem solving
Other ad hoc requests

You'll help us with the following challenges:

Ensuring customers are responded to quickly and efficiently for a positive customer service experience
Smooth organisation and running of studio events
Reducing the waiting period for customers receiving their retail orders
Supporting the team on managing their schedules
Staying on top of supplies and equipment to mitigate issues with filming
Elevating the organisation of the headquarters

Prerequisites

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Confident and assertive with great interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in customer service
Organised with a strong initiative for problem solving
A pro-active, driven individual with a passion for startups
An incredible communicator
The ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and GRNDHOUSE partners
A self starter with the ability to work autonomously
