Job Description

Business Growth Executive

Location: Working from home

Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 + commission (OTE = £32,000 – £35,000)

Class-ify is an online marketplace where incredible local hero health and fitness instructors & PTs from around the globe can build their own online communities, centred around human connection.

Class-ify is about to step into a crucial growth period, and, therefore we are looking to expand and recruit a permanent member to fire up our sales team. Joining the business in its infancy means there is a limitless opportunity to thrive and grow alongside our fast-growing start-up.

We are in search of a confident sales professional to support our existing team in creating milestones and building everlasting relationships. Your mission will be to support the team in reaching its target of onboarding 1000 Fitness coaches by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new leads through research and determine whether they’re a good fit for Class-ify
  • Manage the 360 recruitment process of instructors and personal trainers
  • Create engaging marketing emails, and bring ideas to the table on how we can market our product more effectively to prospective clients
  • Introduce Class-ify by sending video messaging & voice notes via social media mediums
  • Book in demo meetings with high potential personal trainers
  • Head up sales meetings with an aim to convert into business
  • Manage account information on the Company’s CRM system and accurately forecasting
  • Build and deliver on your sales pipeline
  • Continually recommend efficiency improvements to reduce the time taken to complete our sales processes
  • Ensure that the sales processes are followed and internal systems are updated accordingly
  • Stay in touch and nurturing relationships with instructors that are not immediately ready to join the platform
  • Hit monthly and weekly targets

Prerequisites

  • 1 - 2 years of experience within a high energy business development role
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to recognise opportunity, shape negotiations and close deals
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently while managing expectations of multiple key stakeholders is critical, as well as the ability to collaborate cross functionally to
  • deliver a great experience for our customers
  • Must have strong problem solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to go the extra mile when needed and the ability to execute at speed
  • A passion for health and wellness would be a huge bonus
