Busy Harley Street clinic; recruiting 1-2 new graduate Physiotherapists; salary commensurate with Band 5; excellent CPD and mentoring package >£5K; an interest in MSK; exercise health in Special Populations; Gym training, sport and rehabilitation is essential. The successful applicant(s) will support the delivery and development of physiotherapy support to all clients and athletes and provide physio support at identified events and gym partners. Working collaboratively with the entire MDT team, this position will support strategies to optimise client health and wellbeing to improve service and maximise health and performance.
MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
Work with the Clinical Director and support staff to improve performance through evaluating and supporting the development of physiotherapy support services.
Contribute to the development and delivery of health strategies and enable greater alignment of support services to optimise performance.
Develop and deliver an exceptional standard of physiotherapy services and rehabilitation.
Support and deliver individualised athlete management and rehabilitation programmes and targeted injury risk management strategies to enhance performance in collaboration with medical and performance support teams and coaches.
Ensure key staff are updated on current client injury and illness – identifying the need for case MDT meetings where necessary.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enable operational excellence.
Utilise the electronic medical records system for accurate record keeping to inform health decision making (in accordance with the Health & Care Professions Council codes of conduct and performance, on the same day as the consultation occurred).
Within the rules of professional confidentiality liaise with clients/athletes, parents, coaches and other support staff as appropriate.
Comply with Professional Codes of Conduct, standards and guidelines.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and development across the organisation to support the development of world class physiotherapy services.
Support the Coaching and Performance Team with any other appropriate duties during squad training/at competitions as required.

BSc (MSc desirable) Physiotherapy and at least 5 years experience working directly with patients in either the NHS/sport or private practice.
