Our co-founders Elsie and Dominika started out in their own kitchens in the UK, meticulously crafting DIY beauty recipes with potent natural ingredients. BYBI was born in 2017 and quickly we became known for our truly clean, yet high-performing formulas.

Are you looking for a great place to develop your marketing career? BYBI is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who can support the marketing team across all functions. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to start out working across all marketing functions and learn the ropes in an exciting, growing brand with big plans.

Key Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for retail marketing, product launches, competitor analysis and have an input into the overall marketing strategy.

Assist in the creation of launch elements for new product launches
Assist in preparing bi-annual strategy presentations as per the Marketing plan
Be the retail point of contact for all retail marketing requests and ensure the retail team has all required assets, information and material in good time for retailer deadlines
Work with retail team to put together a brand guideline, the brand bible for retailers to keep the brand pages up to date and relevant
Liaise with retail team to produce weekly sell-through reports, as well as media campaign reports and distribute for management and team meetings
Build conference presentations, media briefing, and retailer strategy presentations
Support the smooth overall running of the marketing department including ad hoc support at events, market research, PR launches
Assist PR / Influencer team with managing sample send-outs both regular and for launches
Manage the marketing drive and marketing materials to ensure all creative assets, brand materials and press assets are up to date and accessible
Collate feedback for campaign analysis and pull the deck together with the Marketing team
