We started BRAVE because we wanted to help people enjoy delicious, plant-based snacks that are locally-grown and free of artificial ingredients. We’re found in places like Sainsbury’s, Holland & Barrett, Ocado, Selfridges and Whole Foods across the UK.

Job Description

We’ve been growing rapidly online and are looking for a Paid Media Specialist  who’ll help us scale our ecom capabilities significantly.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Paid Social with the core part of your responsibility being  developing strategies for different platforms and continuously analysing and optimising them.

Key Responsibilities

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing paid media strategy
Set up, management and optimisation of campaigns
Working with creative team to develop assets for campaign
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role has scope for growing and expanding into connected areas within the e-commerce space, including:

Conversion optimisation
SEO
Email marketing

Prerequisites

This role is going to be a great fit for someone who is highly analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial. You’re constantly thinking about new ways to gain results in the ecom world and can juggle a few balls at the same time - we’re sure you’re up to it!

In a pea-pod, we need someone who:

  • Is a natural problem solver - able to receive a new challenge and find creative ways of solving them
  • Has a performance-driven mindset - you're constantly looking for ways to make the platform or ad campaigns better
  • Is a team-player. BRAVE is a small team and everyone helps one another - that way we do better!

Mandatory experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience managing Facebook Ad Campaigns directly - not through an agency!

IT’S NICE IF YOU HAVE:
Experience with any of the following:

  • Shopify e-commerce platform
    Paid Search
    Email marketing
