Job Description

We are looking for an organised, motivated and passionate customer services specialist to join us! Being part of the client services team, you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and going above, and beyond, for all of our team and our clients.

We have approximately 14 clinical staff who provide the following treatments: musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, pelvic health physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, clinical strength and conditioning, biomechanical screening and shockwave therapy.

We strive to deliver gold-standard care at all times and exceed the expectations of our clients on both a clinical and customer service level. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about heath and wellbeing, and supporting those around you.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers various aspects of clinical reception and administration including:

> customer service and management
> appointment diary management for multiple practitioners
> reporting and procedural tasks
> liaising with insurance companies, consultants and GPs
> a range of other administrative and customer service tasks


> Strong customer service experience and/or previous clinical administrative experience
> Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
> Have diary management experience
> A multi-tasker who thrives in a busy and diverse environment
> Clear and confident communicater
> Open & coachable, enthusiastic and a team player
> Positive, self-starter with a keen attention to detail
> Punctual, reliable and honest

> 28 days holiday per year (pro rata based on hours worked each month)

Extra Details

Approximately 20 hours per week. Salary £23-25,000 per/annum (pro rata) depending on experience.
