We only produce organic natural, gluten-free baked goods. We are about 8 - 10 employees and our turnover has doubled in the last four years to over £500,000. Our latest success has attracted investors who want to expand the business internationally. So, we are looking to recruit the best up and coming talents. ABO bread is unique on the market because ingredients such as rice, buckwheat or quinoa and no chemicals are used for production. We attach great importance to sustainability and are currently trying to switch to compostable packaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support of social media channels and responsibility for the layout
  • Development/modification of recipes
  • Setting up of e-newsletters and mailings
  • Packaging, advertising, printing and design
  • Target group analysis
  • HR tasks
  • Planning and maintaining work flow
  • Create and maintain budgets

Prerequisites

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nutrition or similar.
  • Business management experience.
  • An eye for detail.
  • An interest in personalised nutrition.
  • Knowledge of labelling laws and EU legislation around the marketing of food.
  • Knowledge of health & safety in the food industry
