Job Description

San Francisco, CA | People and Experience Team | Reports to Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

We need a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will help foster our rapid retail expansion by supporting store leadership hiring for our new stores across US and International markets. In partnership with People and Experience and Retail Operations, you will help support strategic recruitment goals to attract talent, while actively building a diverse pool of qualified active and passive retail talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding store leadership candidates through the interview process
  • Scheduling all store leadership interviews through our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Coordinating the onsite interview experience
  • Supporting full cycle recruiting for store leadership positions, including partnering with hiring managers to gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
  • Support candidate sourcing for new store openings
  • Partnering with People and Experience to develop and compile interview packets.
  • Learning the ins and outs of the Allbirds’ business and recruiting process to take on more complex responsibility over time
  • Assisting in maintaining an open to fill rate of <90 days across all store leadership recruitments

Prerequisites

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Hungry to learn, resourceful, and love improving processes
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Collaborative and enjoys working across multiple teams
  • Analytical and take a highly objective approach to interacting with people
  • Deeply curious about people's stories
  • Creative with strong multitasking and presentation skills
  • Action oriented: your email inbox is always at zero

More Practical Skills Needed

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Scrappiness, low ego, a self-starting approach and a keen ability to listen
  • Incredible communication and writing skills; highly professional approach to interacting with candidates and hiring managers
  • Recruiting experience a plus
  • Previous retail experience a plus
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience a huge plus
  • Very comfortable with Powerpoint, Word, and Cloud Data Room Drives (ie: Google Drive, Box, etc.)
