Inspired by the tranquillity of Japanese minimalism, our space is carefully designed to work with the essence of our being: to inspire and connect. By unifying elements of nature with ancient teachings and practices, Lifespace is a sanctuary to re-awaken the body’s innate wisdom and healing.
Our event space hosts a range of workshops, talks, retreats, events and classes including – and not limited to – movement, meditation, yoga, healing ceremonies, ecstatic dance, kirtan, Pilates, sound healing, breathwork, documentary screenings and creative therapies.
Our treatment rooms invite you to heal in a soothing 1-1 environment offering tailored therapies such as individualised healing rituals, reiki, sound baths, music therapy, holistic facials and massage, reflexology, tuina, acupuncture and nutritional therapy.
Our rest & retail area welcomes you to relax and recharge with delicious herbal teas, or cold-pressed juices alongside our carefully selected sustainable, eco-friendly goodies, from natural candles, incense, health foods, supplements, books, tarot cards, crystals and essential oils.
