About Karve Club
KARVE is a transformational Pilates club. The workout consists of high-intensity low-impact 50-min training sessions performed on a resistance-based spring-loaded transformer machine aimed at mind and body transformation through endless motivation, encouragement and careful attention to technique.
KARVE is on a mission to motivate people and help them believe in themselves, in the power to transform their bodies through transforming their minds. Our instructors are trained to push our clients to achieve their highest results yet and find confidence that they thought they never had. We set the lights low and the music high, so every class is fun and focused.
