About Kaido
Prior to Covid-19 so much of a company’s culture was created via in-person touchpoints – team meetings, water cooler conversations and after-work drinks. The absence of these in-person interactions in a ‘remote-first’ working world has left employees feeling disconnected from their colleagues and like they don’t belong.
Kaido exists to bring back those meaningful moments between teams through inclusive shared experiences that exercise company culture.
The first of these shared experiences is our Health and Wellbeing Challenges that have benefited over 40,000 employees and 9000 teams in the last 12 months. Companies large and small have used Kaido to boost engagement and foster happier, healthier, better connected teams and with impressive results.
We are on a mission to reimagine employee engagement, we see a world where every employee thrives and feels included, no matter where they are.
Kaido is building a SaaS wellbeing and team building product for the future of work. We are a small team of product enthusiasts, behaviour change experts and software developers that love to solve meaningful real-world problems. We work best when working collaboratively and have a long list of partners including the NHS that are shareholders in our company (pretty cool eh!).
