CaliFlow is a London based Calisthenics and Yoga studio.
We are known for our innovative approach to fitness, demonstrating how the most simple movements are transformative. We improve clients awareness of their bodies through movement.
“Fitness” is a journey, there is no destination, only constant self-improvement. An altered mindset when applied to health and fitness goals leads to longer term improvements in health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally.
We are known for our friendly, inclusive community. Clients come to us to be challenged within this supportive environment. Human bodies are one integrated unit, we aim to train the body as such. We focus on the ability to move the body in a cohesive way.
