CALIFLOW exists to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of clients. We aim to improve people’s awareness of their bodies through movement. We aim to help people see fitness as a journey, there is no destination, only constant self-improvement. An altered mindset when applied to health/fitness goals can lead to longer term improvements in health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally.
We are known for our friendly, inclusive attitude. Clients come
to us to be challenged in a supportive manner. We are known for our minimal approach to fitness, demonstrating how often the most simple of movements can be transformative. Ultimately, clients come to us to feel good about themselves and more importantly to have fun.
Human bodies are one integrated unit, we aim to train the body as such. We focus on the ability to move the body in a cohesive way.
